today i had breakfast with my boyfriend and it was sooooo delicious
it was  nothing special actually ;)
but healthy and calorie-saving and filling


i have not used the apple cause
my boyfriend is actually
allergic to them banana was a little
too ripe and brown...but for
the flavour it does´nt matter!

it is just a fruit salad with yogurt and muesli
i used 1 banana, a few grapes,  half mango and 1 nectarine :)
just cut in bite-sized pieces and mix in a bowl.
i mixed in a little shot of juice 
add as much yogurt and muesli as you like and 
enjoy :)

banana: 373 kJ / 89 kcal
grapes: 289 kJ /69 kcal
mango: 205kJ / 49 kcal
nectarine: 184kJ / 184 kcal
yogurt: 305kJ / 73kcal
per 100 g
not too bad :)
